STANDARD SHIPPING

  2. Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  3. There is a shipping charge of Rs.100 if your cart value is below ₹500.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  1. Available at ₹99 per order.
  2. Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  1. Available with a ₹49 handling fee.
  2. Pay in cash at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  1. We ship worldwide using reliable international courier services.
  2. Shipping charges and delivery timelines vary depending on destination and order weight.
  3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
  4. Delivery timelines typically range between 7–15 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

  1. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays).
  2. You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMELINE DISCLAIMER
While we strive to deliver your order within the promised timelines, external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season rush may occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  2. All tags and packaging must be intact.
  3. Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible.

PROCESS

  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup (where available) or guide you on the next steps.

REFUNDS

  1. Store Credit (for faster processing and easy future shopping).
  2. Refund to the original payment method (may take 5–7 business days after approval).
  3. COD order refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

EXCHANGES

  1. You can exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability).
  2. If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit/refund as per your preference.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
  2. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customercare@thekaftancompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Products purchased at a discount of 60% or higher are considered clearance sale items and are final sale (no return/exchange).
  2. Customized, altered, or special-order products.
  3. Accessories (if applicable).

ADDITIONAL NOTES
