ORDERS WITHIN INDIA

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.

RETURN PROCEDURE

We arrange a pickup at the suggested address should you wish to return your product. Kindly note that clearance items (Discounts 60% and above) are not eligible for returns and are final sale.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and will be reflected in your mode of payment within 3 to 5 business days. If you place a Cash on Delivery order, we would require your bank details to transfer the money back to you.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items on clearance or sale of 60% discount and above are not applicable for refunds, unless otherwise specified. For certain marketing campaigns, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customercare@thekaftancompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
