Return Policy

Orders within India

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the merchandise for a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the merchandise. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. Returns are not valid on clearance merchandise.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the return is received, you will be contacted for further diligence.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we would require your bank details to transfer the money back to you.

Clearance items
Items on clearance or sale are not applicable for refunds, unless otherwise specified. For certain marketing campaigns, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customercare@thekaftancompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
