ORDERS

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. We follow international sizing, and you can confidently order the size you usually buy for other brands.

Our maternity wear is adjusted for the beautiful and growing bump. Maternity sizes work the same way as regular clothing. Please order your pre-maternity sizes; i.e. if you normally are a size ‘small’ pre-pregnancy, you will still be a small in our maternity sizes.

Can I customize my order?

In many cases, it is possible to customise. Please contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail to address your personalization needs and we will do our best to satisfy your requirement.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order with us and would like to cancel it, please contact us with your order ID. If the order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it for you and process the refund (for pre-paid orders).

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Saturday or Holidays will receive a reply the following Monday or working day.

SHIPPING

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification or an SMS with your tracking information.

Pre-paid shipping is free and COD charges are Rs. 50 and are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Delhivery, Amazon Easyship and BlueDart for all domestic orders. For international orders, we use DHL, Fedex and UPS.

How long does it take for my order to reach?

Pre-paid orders are delivered within 48 hours to metros and 72 hours to the rest of India. Cash on Delivery orders can take up to 7 days for delivery.

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just contact us and we’re happy to help! We offer free reverse shipping on all domestic returns.

Kindly note, clearance products with offers above 60% discounts and international orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

What's the return policy

A return must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must not be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you. Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (i.e. Sale related items, gift cards, gifts with purchase).

I am expecting a refund. How long does this take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 3-5 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

If the order placed is via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to share your bank details or UPI ID with us via e-mail or Whatsapp.

How can I join The Kaftan Club Loyalty Program?

It is simple and free to join! You can create an account using our website www.thekaftancompany.com or download our app and create an account.

Validity of points?

Points earned on every transaction do not have an expiry date and continue to accrue with each purchase if not redeemed. Once you become a member of The Kaftan Club, be sure to check and redeem your points earned regularly for maximum rewards.

How many points are accrued per transaction?

For every order placed, you will earn 5 Points for every ₹1 spent. These points can then be redeemed on your subsequent purchase and thereafter.
